I had the best afternoon yesterday! Seriously, the highlight of my summer so far!

I went to Bloggers Busboys & Poets, and got to meet up with two beautiful ladies, Sophia of Burp and Slurp and Karena of run, eat, repeat. (Although, I think one would try and deny it, they’re both incredibly beautiful inside and out!).

I ordered the Grilled Brie Panini with caramelized onions and tomato on ciabatta.

Of course, I considered the healthier side but then went for it and got the sweet potato fries. Good call my friends, good call.

It’s amazing how much we had to talk about. We’re all different and even though our initial connection was food blogging, I think it went much deeper than that! I’m totally smitten with these ladies, and I’m sure if you check out their blogs you will be too!

Side note: Do you use words in print that you would never say, i.e. smitten? LOL

I really wish I could devote more time to this. It was such an amazing experience. The only thing I regret is not having discovered their blogs/met them sooner!

I have one more assignment to finish so I can be done with my summer classes and cupcakes to decorate because tomorrow is the last day of Summer Camp… Plus there’s some scary lightening going on…so I must go go go… back to regular blogging tomorrow!
