So, 2008 was kind of a bust in terms of exercise. Yes, I lost a bunch of weight, but I did not really change my habits, which is why I’m starting my 22nd year without having made as much progress as I had hoped.

2009 must be different. I know that one day I want to make a commitment to a little person (as in a child… in the farrrrr away future) and I can’t effectively do that if I can’t even make a commitment to myself, now can I!

It’s a little wonky and needs editing which will happen… eventually 🙂
