Dinner was so simple, yet so delicious:

382 kcal, 19 g fat, 19 g protein, 8 g fiber

McD’s premium caesar salad (without chicken!), a Tomato & Basil Veggie Burger and a side of mini tater tots.  Simple and delicious!  We ate outside which will hopefully be a twice daily event this summer.  I love summer vacation!  So much less stress- no kids to get ready, no school lunches, no worrying about making sure the door’s unlocked at 3:40, etc. etc.

I need to do my June exercises tonight, along with yoga and finishing my book/starting my paper.  Lots of things on my list, such little time 🙂
