To round out my day nutritionally and get in some chocolate I went for a smoothie…

2 oz. hemp milk, 2.25 oz. skim milk, 24 g whey protein powder, 2 T. ground flax seed, < .25 c light mint chocolate chip ice cream

287 kcal, 9 g fat, 26 g protein, 5 g fiber

It wasn’t quite as good as I expected but still good. It would have been better with more ice cream (more milkshake-y). It really did a good job of getting all my nutrients in, even if it was a little crunchy (flax).

Even though I know that it’ll be really easy to keep eating today, I’m going to call it a night… food wise at least 🙂

In total, 1495 kcal, 42 g fat, 72 g protein, 39 g fiber… Wow! Good Day, and everything was sooooo tasty. Fun fun.
